Guided historical and educational excursion

As part of the European Heritage Days and the commemoration of 80 years of the Battle of the Bulge, the Öewersauer Nature Park and the National Liberation Memorial a.s.b.l. invite you to follow the traces of the 80th US ID “Blue Ridges” from Dahl, to Heiderscheid, Goesdorf and Nocher via Roullingen (tragedy of the US tanks), to Schumannseck, a national memorial site. These sites are part of the Liberation Route Europe – Cultural Route of the Council of Europe, with the support of Visit Éislek.

The excursion is mostly by coach, with the exception of the walk along the Schumannseck Memorial Trail (approx. 2 km).

It is possible to book a special menu, which will be served at Hotel Bissen at 13:00 – directly after the excursion. Further information on registration.
