The Burfelt centre encourages an interest in nature, especially forests, in many different ways. For this purpose, the Luxembourg Nature and Forestry Administration has established a forest discovery centre on an 18th-century estate. Interactive elements allow visitors to actively experience nature independently and at their own pace. Furthermore, an extensive adventure trail invites visitors to discover the indigenous flora and fauna. The forest discovery centre stands in a secluded location on the shores of the Upper Sûre reservoir lake, west of Insenborn. It can only be reached after a short walk of about 20 minutes. Approach via the N27, Insenborn direction Arsdorf.
