The scientists of the Upper Sûre Nature Park are regularly involved in studies, mapping, research projects and other investigations. Their knowledge frequently flows into expert opinions– be it for administrations, municipalities, or other interest groups. The presence in the field also favours the discovery of rare or interesting species and the new findings are commonly detailed in scientific publications. The employees of the Biological Station are also scientific collaborators of the Natural History Museum of Luxembourg and members of the “Observatoire de l’environnement naturel”.
